You can help a child in need of a life-saving transplant by working with the Children’s Organ Transplant Association. COTA works with thousands of families across the country, including those in your area, helping children and young adults by providing fundraising assistance and family support. Commended by The American Legion for its humanitarian efforts on behalf of children in need of organ and bone marrow transplants, COTA provides services to families at no cost.
