Anthony Paganelli – Chair
Anthony Paganelli joined the COTA Board of Directors in 1998. He has been actively involved on the Strategic Planning & Marketing, Nominating and By Laws Committees. Anthony has also served as Chair of the Board of Directors.
Anthony Paganelli is the Founder and Principal of Paganelli Law Group in Indianapolis. Mr. Paganelli holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana and a Doctorate of Law from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana.
He lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, with his wife and their two sons.

Zina Berry – Vice Chair
Zina Berry joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2019. She has been actively involved on the Strategic Planning & Marketing Committee and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. Zina chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “I am honored to serve on a board of an organization that instills hope in families by helping them in their time of need. COTA combines two of my passions, organ transplant and helping children and families.”
Zina Berry is employed by Advanced Infusion Care. Dr. Berry holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Arizona.
She and her husband live in Phoenix, Arizona, and have three children.

Susy Timmons – Secretary
Susy Timmons – Secretary
Susy Timmons, CCP, joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2022. She is actively involved on the Strategic Planning and Marketing team. Susy chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “COTA is near and dear to me because the organization assisted my family when my sister, Shelley Munk, needed a double lung transplant in 2018. She passed 19 months later when her kidneys failed from the anti-rejection drug regimen, but her new lungs were amazing! I was grateful she was able to experience full, deep and beautiful breaths before she died. COTA helped make that possible. I am forever grateful and cherish the opportunity to give back to this organization.
Ms. Timmons is retired from her compensation analyst position with The Capital Group in California. Susy holds a BA in Business Administration from The University of Nebraska at Kearney in Kearney, Nebraska.
She lives in Orange County, California, and has two grown children.

Mark Hannah – Treasurer
Mark Hannah – Treasurer
Mark “Bo” Hannah joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2009. He has been actively involved on the Allocations and the Finance and Audit Committees. Bo chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “I really appreciate the mission COTA embraces and carries out on a daily basis.”
Bo Hannah is the Managing Owner of Potts, Hannah & Fischer, P.C. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and has over 28 years of experience in controllership and public accounting. Mr. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
He and his wife live in Greenwood, Indiana, have four children and seven grandchildren.

Cassandra Franks Amadio
Cassandra Franks Amadio
Cassandra Amadio, CPA, joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2021. She has been actively involved on the Finance & Audit Committee. Cassandra chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “When I was introduced to COTA, I was incredibly moved by the work that is being done and the support this organization offers to transplant families. I personally have not had an experience with a transplant, but seeing what these families go through … I am so very grateful COTA exists. I am humbled and thrilled to be part of such an amazing organization.”
Cassandra Amadio is the Assistant Vice President and University Controller at Stony Brook University. Ms. Amadio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and French from Manchester University in North Manchester, Indiana. She also holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Cassandra and her husband live in Bloomington, Indiana, and have one child.

Marc Collins
Marc Collins
Marc Collins joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2017. He has been actively involved on the Strategic Planning & Marketing Committee and the Miracle Maker Celebration Committee. Marc chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “COTA is an outstanding organization that supports transplant families and their children in a time of great financial and medical need. COTA extends this support throughout a child’s lifetime thereby having a lasting impact. As a parent I cannot think of an organization I would be prouder to serve.”
Marc Collins works at Abbott Structural Heart/Stroke Prevention as Senior Territory Manager. Prior to joining Abbott in 2025, he worked for Medtronic CoreValve for more than 15 years. Mr. Collins holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Central Michigan University.
He and his wife live in Indianapolis, Indiana, and have three children.

Jolene Ellis
Jolene Ellis
Jolene Ellis joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2017. She has been actively involved on the Allocations Committee. Jolene chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “I am a pediatrician and love working with children. I have seen firsthand how long terminal illnesses can stress and impact whole families. I love COTA’s mission to help ease these stressors for families and children needing transplants. This organization fills an important need and I am very proud to serve on its Board of Directors.”
Jolene Ellis is a Pediatrician at Henry Ford Allegiance Pediatrics and has been since 2016. Dr. Ellis is a Board Certified Pediatrician with a medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. Dr. Ellis completed her pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan at Wayne State University. She graduated from Greenville College with a Bachelor’s degree in 1985.
She and her husband live in Horton, Michigan. They have four children and one grandchild.

Scott Ganton joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2010. He has been actively involved on the Strategic Planning & Marketing Committee. Scott chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “Our family truly believes in COTA’s mission and vision. COTA embodies what a quality organization should look and function like.”
Scott Ganton is the Founder and Owner of Ganton Senior Communities in Michigan. Mr. Ganton holds a Bachelor’s degree from Greenville College.
He and his wife live in Parma, Michigan. They have three children and four grandchildren.

Robert "Bob" Kayne
Robert "Bob" Kayne
Robert “Bob” Kayne joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2023. He was previously a member of COTA’s President’s Advisory Council following his retirement. He has been actively involved on the Strategic Planning and Marketing Committee. As a longtime COTA family and kidney donor to his son Kevin in 2002, Bob chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors with a focus on working with Southern California hospital staff to assist more transplant families. Bob said, “COTA has been an important part of our lives for a number of years and has provided our family emotional support and guidance with the life-changing events associated with our son’s kidney transplant. I was honored to be asked and happy to be able to assist in paying it forward as a COTA Board Member.”
Bob Kayne retired in 2017. He spent more than 37 years working in the Aerospace Industry at multiple Program Leadership levels in support of NASA, the United States Department of Defense and numerous international programs. Mr. Kayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
He and his wife retired in the coastal town of San Clemente, California. Bob has two adult children and one grandchild.

Nick Leibold
Nick Leibold
Nick Leibold joined the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) Board of Directors in 2025, Nick says, “I am serving on COTA’s Board of Directors given my deep commitment to supporting children and families facing the overwhelming challenges of transplantation. COTA’s mission to ensure no child is denied a life-saving transplant due to financial barriers is fully aligned with my core values. I am honored to contribute to an organization that brings hope, resources and community to those in critical need.”
Nick has more than 15 years of leadership experience across a range of industries and stakeholders including corporate, private equity-backed and not-for-profit operations. He is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Hoxworth, a University-owned blood center, lab testing, cell therapy, apheresis and research facility.
Nick holds an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University (OH). He is an active community leader and YPO member, with a passion for civic involvement, mentorship and improving access to healthcare.

Macey Levan
Macey Levan
Macey Levan, JD, PhD, joined the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) Board of Directors in 2025. Macey says, “I joined the COTA Board of Directors because I believe every child waiting for an organ or tissue transplant deserves more than hope …they deserve a future. COTA empowers transplant families during their most vulnerable moments, and I wanted to be part of that promise COTA makes.”
Macey is the Director of Policy and External Affairs at NYU Langone Health Transplant Institute in New York City. She also is an Associate Professor of Surgery and Population Health at New York University’s Grossman School of Medicine. Currently, Macey serves as the Director of the Center for Surgical and Transplant Applied Research Qualitative Core.
Macey holds Bachelor’s degree in philosophy and medical humanities from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She also holds a JD from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law and a PhD in health policy and management and international research ethics from Indiana University’s Fairbanks School of Public Health.

Kathleen McNeely
Kathleen McNeely
Kathleen McNeely joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2009. She has been actively involved on the Compensation, Strategic Planning and Marketing, and Finance and Audit Committees. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors. Kathleen chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “The Children’s Organ Transplant Association is a wonderful organization that provides hope and assistance to families who are in need of both financial and emotional support. I was proud to say ‘yes’ when asked to serve.”
Kathleen McNeely is retired. She spent more than 10 years with the NCAA as Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. McNeely holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
She and her husband live in Bloomington, Indiana, and have two children and six grandchildren.

Crystal Neil, CFP, joined the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) Board of Directors in 2025.
Crystal says, “Mark Hannah (Bo) invited me to join after explaining COTA’s mission. I am thoroughly impressed with the charity; their mission, how they serve families, and how the boards are operated. I have been involved with several boards throughout my professional career and COTA is by far the most organized and well-run nonprofit I have ever had the honor to serve. I have always had a heart for children, I have known several friends who have received organ transplants, I am honored to support such a worthy cause. It is always my goal in this life to make a difference in this world; COTA allows me an opportunity to make a difference in others’ lives which can have ripple effects making this world a better place.”
Crystal is a CFP® Financial Advisor at Edward Jones in Shelbyville, Indiana. She has more than 13 years of experience in financial advising where she works to help change lives through strategic advice and guidance while focusing on attention to details and follow-through. “We partner together with our clients to keep them on track through their lifetimes, and we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations regarding analysis and a straight-forward approach to costs,” she said.
Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Ashford University in Chandler, Arizona. She is also a Certified Financial Planner.

Scott Price
Scott Price
Scott Price first joined the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) Board of Directors in 2005. Over his multiple terms, he has been actively involved on the Compensation and the Finance and Audit Committees, and served as both Treasurer and Chair Scott chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “I really appreciate the mission of COTA, and as the son of a heart transplant recipient, I have a strong understanding of what patients and families experience during this process.”
Scott Price is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Audit and Assurance Services Group and has been with the firm since 1995. Mr. Price holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Manchester College in North Manchester, Indiana. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Scott also serves on the board and multiple committees of the Boy Scouts of America, Crossroads of America Council.

Isabel Santner

Isabel Santner, CPA, joined the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) Board of Directors in 2024. She has been actively involved on the Finance and Audit Committee. Suzanne Seiders

Suzanne Seiders joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2017. She has been actively involved on the Allocations, Miracle Maker Celebration, and the Strategic Planning & Marketing Committees. Suzanne chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “It is an honor for me to serve on the COTA Board of Directors for a very personal reason. My family and I have witnessed firsthand the amazing role COTA plays in a child’s transplant journey because we are a COTA family. COTA was a Godsend for our family. Even though we were blessed with good insurance, the medical bills were overwhelming – especially our daughter’s monthly medication costs. Knowing we had a resource for those bills was a huge relief and allowed our major focus to be on her health and the wellbeing of our other children”
Suzanne Seiders joined Positive Development as Senior Director of Clinical Operations in 2025. Previously, she served in leadership roles in the health care sector. Mrs. Seiders holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
She and her husband live in Indianapolis, Indiana, with their three children.

Chella Tedrow, MSW, LCSW, joined the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) Board of Directors in 2025. Chella has previously served on COTA’s Board of Directors and the President’s Advisory Council. Chella says, “I have worked as a medical social worker in a hospital for nearly 30 years – 11 of those in renal transplant. It was during this time I learned about COTA, and I served on the Board for nine years. I kept in contact with COTA after my service. I am now returning to renal transplant, and it is a great privilege to also return to COTA’s Board of Directors. I see the many needs transplant recipients, and families, have throughout their transplant journeys. I greatly appreciate the many ways COTA is able to help with these needs while reducing the many stressors transplant families face during very difficult times.”
Chella has more than three decades of experience working as a hospital social worker. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Ascension/St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Chella and her husband reside in Westfield, Indiana. She is employed at Ascension/St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Chella received her bachelor’s degree from Anderson University (Anderson, Indiana) in 1989 and her master’s degree in social work from IUPUI in 1994.

Yolanda chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “When I was asked to fill the term of a COTA Board Member who needed to step down, I enthusiastically agreed. Serving on COTA’s Board of Directors gives me the opportunity to serve transplant-needy children and their families at a very vulnerable time in their lives. COTA’s mission is rooted in helping to ease significant stressors for families and children facing transplants; COTA’s assistance is available to families before, during and after the surgery occurs. This organization fills an important need in our society.”
Yolanda Treviño is an Assistant Vice President for Strategy, Planning and Assessment in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Multicultural Affairs for Indiana University and has been for since 2015. Dr. Treviño holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Baylor University in Texas, a Master’s degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois, and a Doctorate degree in Higher Education from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
