Join us at the Legacy Golf Course as we tee-off for transplants for Adam Kurth. Invite your friends and enjoy a day of sunshine, lunch, raffles, drinks, contest and TONS of fun!
 
A portion of you proceeds will benefit COTA in honor of Adam Kurth to assist with a lifetime of transplant-related expenses.
