This girl! What a whirlwind few days! She had an AMAZING 18 month post transplant check-up. Her liver team is so happy with her progress and her health. Her next visit will be in January for her 2 year post transplant visit and then we move to yearly visits! We can’t even believe it! Addi girl you are the strongest girl we know! She’s so healthy she even decided to run the ENTIRE Donor Dash on Sunday with her daddy and Grammy. Aunt Pam (as she is now lovingly referred to by the 3 older kiddos) came to celebrate too! We love the time we get to spend with her. Our hearts are so full!
