This week we had labs and some things were elevated that the team is keeping a close eye on. We will go back for more labs next week and then to Duke the following week. Please pray specifically for these labs to trend in the right direction. Pray for us to find the joy in today and the fact we are home together instead of worrying about all the what ifs.
On a more positive note, we saw her cardiologist this week, and I am so happy to report that Bexley no longer has a prolonged QT! Her heart murmur sounded like a “normal heartbeat” of a growing girl! It was because of that heart murmur that we were led down the road of discovery 2 years ago and finding out about her liver. God is working and He is not done!! The doctors have come to the conclusion that all her heart issues were likely a result of her diseased liver.
I hope one day I will get the chance to tell her precious donor she helped heal more than just her liver with her selfless gift.💛🌻💛
Keep praying for our sunshine girl!🌻
