Update:

Bexley got up out of the bed today and even went for a short walk, which was great because she has been too weak to move much. She had two CTs last night. It was a pretty traumatic event for her (and me) trying to get them, which is why they had to get two. The CT showed she had a hematoma in her liver likely around the biopsy site from last week. It is very rare for these to bleed a week later, but it happened to her. For now, they are monitoring her hemoglobin every 6 hours and keeping a close eye on her vitals for signs of active bleeding. Please pray with us that her hemoglobin trends in the right direction. We have already seen an improvement from this morning. Praise Jesus! She is not allowed any food or water in case she starts bleeding again and they need to go in surgically. It is so hard to tell my little sunshine that she can’t have anything.
Jay was able to join us today and Bexley was so happy to see her daddy. She was happy to see the bag Selah packed with some of her toys. I truly have the sweetest little family, and I’m so very grateful for them. Also, seeing the snow from our hospital room was a sweet gift today.
Thank you all for your prayers, love, and support!🌻
