We got some good news after the CT yesterday that the hematoma in Bexley’s liver is NOT arterial and is vascular. There was no active bleeding noted. This was an answered prayer. She was given platelets and plasma last night. Her hemoglobin stayed stable overnight. Praise the Lord! They will continue to closely monitor the hemoglobin and intervene if they have to. Keep praying for her to remain stable and that this area will heal on it own. She will receive some TPN to help with nutritional needs since it has been several days since she has been allowed to eat. They have only allowed clear liquids for now until we have more stability and know she will not need an immediate procedure. Keep praying for our sunshine girl.🌻
