The Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) is supporting Connor’s Journey to receive a new heart and liver transplant. Connor was born with hypo plastic left heart syndrome, which means only the right half of his heart works. After a near death scare in November of 2020, it became clear that Connor needed a new heart. He has been attached to a medicine drip to maintain a somewhat normal life, but the medicine has caused his liver to be damaged. He is currently on the long waiting list for a heart and liver whenever an organ becomes available.

The good people of COTA have been helping us with transplant-related expenses. The Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) helps children and young adults who need a life-saving transplant by providing fundraising assistance and family support. COTA is the nation’s only fundraising organization solely dedicated to raising life-saving dollars in honor of transplant-needy children and young adults. 100% of each contribution made to COTA in honor of our patients helps meet transplant-related expenses. COTA’s services are free to our families, and gifts to COTA are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
