Ewan Has His New Heart!

In the early morning hours of Saturday June 13th, Ewan was prepared for surgery to receive his new donor heart. The transplant was deemed very successful by his doctors and Ewan’s new heart is functioning very well on its own. He is being monitored very closely and still has a long way to go, but the early indications look promising. 

Please continue to pray for Ewan, his family, and the family who made the difficult decision to donate their child’s heart. We’ll be updating Ewan’s COTA web page as he continues his journey, so please check back often.
