In October of 2019, Ewan entered Children’s Hospital in Detroit to begin his journey in search of a life saving heart transplant. On June 15, 2020 he was given the gift of life with a new donor heart. Ewan has been home for almost 6 months, and continues to do remarkably well. He’s become a “normal” little boy, just doing the things that a child his age does. The Ormerod and Urquhart families have a lot to be thankful for this holiday season, and our hearts go out to them. And let our hearts also go out to the family of the young child whose donor heart saved Ewan’s life. God bless all of you for your support and prayers.
