Dad came up to visit last weekend, now that he’s officially retired! We went to the National Aviary, the Duquesne Incline (the model for Mr. Roger’s trolley), a river tour, and the last home game for the Pirates where Dad caught Lawrence Butler’s fly ball! It was the absolute best few days I’ve had in a long time, and I feel so lucky to have gotten to spend it with both my parents.
