For the month of December, Gabrielle decided to collect blankets for patients at CHOA’s Transplant Stepdown Unit. Today, she delivered 70 blankets in total! Mrs. Betty, Dr. Borges, and Dr. Londeree (all veteran members of G’s care team at CHOA) were on hand to accept the blankets on the patients behalf.
Thank you to everyone who donated. Words are not enough to convey the impact such a small gesture will have on these kids and their family, as G knows first had. Because of our donors generosity, children and their families will have a soft blanket to comfort them as they progress through their treatments and recoveries.
