Isaac celebrated another birthday yesterday by go-karting and ax-throwing with some buddies. We capped off the night with dinner at his favorite Chinese restaurant, Jade Palace. It’s also pretty cool that Chinese New Year often coincides with his birthday, as well as the start of CHD “heart” awareness month!

Isaac continues to feel well and is staying active. A couple of weeks ago he helped us paint the basement! He is on track to finish his schoolwork for the year a little early, which would be helpful if he gets a new heart this spring! There is also a possibility that he will not need a heart cath this month. It’s always nice to have one less procedure if it is deemed unnecessary.
