Jacob David Leiter was born on September 22, 2020 at Inova Children’s Hospital in Fairfax, VA. Prior to his birth, Jacob was diagnosed with bi-lateral kidney hydronephrosis. His parents, Jeremiah and Christen Leiter immediately began planning for the best possible medical care for Jacob.
