In three days baby Jaxson will some how already be three months old. Little Jaxson has had to face a terrible battle with his heart since birth. Jaxson is on the Berlin Heart and he is doing great thus far! He is gaining weight and mommy and daddy got to hold him the other day for the second time since birth. As you can imagine we along with mommy and daddy were overjoyed. Our family has had many struggles since Jaxsons birth but we are so blessed to have him here with us. He is making big strides and is on his way to starting the journey of receiving a new heart! We as a family cannot express enough gratitude for all the prayers, and support from the COTA Team. COTA helps so many family’s with finances and all the things and steps that come with receiving a new heart. Each and everyday we wake up and thank God for giving us our little miracle. We thank God for COTA and the team along with Drs and nurses assembling the best plan for our miracle. This whole process has helped us remember that life is truly a gift. We are embracing each day with love and compassion for all the families facing the same thing we are. You never know what a family is truly facing so always be willing to help, support and love as God would. Baby Jaxson is a hero and we trust and believe that he’s going to continue to make big strides. Many prayers, love and blessings to you all.
