May 26,2023 wasn’t just another ordinary day. It marked the 4 month birth of Jaxson Coleman ,a beautiful little baby boy coming into this world with a heart of a warrior. He is now 4 month’s old and fighting strong overcoming challenges that arise each new day . Since he has been diagnosed with Severe aortic stenosis from the moment he was born , he fought every step of the way showing his strength. As a mother ,and his grandmother ,I am amazed at how God has created such strength and strong spirited energy into this baby . I woke up that morning excited to go for the trip to Little Rock Children’s Hospital . I knew my heart just longed to see his baby face and pray that soon in the near future that he’s going to get to come home as soon as he gets his new heart. When I walked into his room ,my throat swelled up and I fought hard to hold the tears back. Even though he’s doing good on the Berlin Heart,I still longed for Him to have a healthy whole heart of his very own . And then it’s as if God had just whispered to me in that moment,Everyone has their journey . This is Jaxson’s journey. Don’t be afraid . And I knew right then as the saying on the t-shirts we had made thru BONFIRE,we wept ,you fought. We wondered ,you proved. We prayed ,you overcame . Throughout this journey my advice to everyone fighting a fight along their journey, stay strong ,keep pushing,keep praying,and most of all keep the will to fight strong .
