Today is a milestone! It’s been one year since my second double-lung transplant. One year of new breath, struggles, strength, and new goals!

Today, I’m sharing my journey with Cystic Fibrosis and lung transplantation that changed my life, again. Basically, the good, bad, and the ugly.

I’m so grateful to each of you throughout the past year+. I still have week-long monthly appointments with my many doctors at NYU Langone in NYC. Your contributions to COTA in my honor have given me the ability to travel for my critical care.

In fact, this coming week, I return to NYC for my one-year week-long appointments, procedures, imaging, and more.
