Our Story
Jordan is a twelve year old boy, who has recently undergone a Kidney Transplant. When Jordan was born with Posterior Urethral Valve, at two day’s old the surgery to correct this, left him with chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, and being placed on dialysis as an infant.
