Fighting Since Day One
Kyran has been a warrior since his very first breath. His severe congenital heart defect was completely missed during pregnancy, throwing him straight into a fight for survival from birth. By the time most kids were learning to ride a bike, Kyran had already endured multiple open-heart surgeries. Over the years his heart condition has led to further serious complications, including Protein-Losing Enteropathy (PLE) and cirrhosis of the liver.
Now, he is facing his biggest mountain yet: waiting in the ICU for a life-saving organ transplant.
A Bright Light & Insane Faith
Despite surviving a lifetime of intensive hospital stays & chronic pain, Kyran’s spirit has never been broken. He is a genuinely bright light to everyone he meets. His hospital room isn’t filled with defeat; it is filled with his insane strength and unshakeable faith. Even now, navigating severe pain while waiting daily for the call that a matching donor organ is available, his resilience never wavers. His mom has been right by his side through every single storm, but no single parent can carry this mountain alone.
The Reality of the Transplant Road
While a transplant is the beautiful gift of life we are praying for, the financial burden is staggering. A lifetime of specialized post-transplant medications, anti-rejection drugs, and non-stop hospital expenses pile up rapidly.
We have partnered with COTA (the Children’s Organ Transplant Association) to raise vital funds for lifelong transplant-related medical costs. 100% of all donations go directly toward transplant-related costs of care.
If you are able to donate to COTA for Kyran, you are directly lifting the weight so Kyran can focus entirely on fighting and healing. If you cannot donate financially, please consider sharing his page, lifting him up in prayer, or dropping a word of encouragement.
Kyran has been fighting since day one, and with his faith and your kindness he is going to cross this finish line. Thank you for standing by our boy!
The Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) helps children and young adults who need a life-saving transplant by providing fundraising assistance and family support. COTA is the nation’s only fundraising organization solely dedicated to raising life-saving dollars in honor of transplant-needy children and young adults. 100% of each contribution made to COTA in honor of our patients helps meet transplant-related expenses. COTA’s services are free to our families, and gifts to COTA are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
