Our Story

Our Son, Ledger Whisenand, was born 8/27/2018 with a diagnosis of Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. There is no cure for HLHS, only three reconstructive surgeries-- the Norwood, Glenn and Fontan procedures. He had his first open heart surgery, his Norwood, on 9/13/2018.
