LOVE FOR LUCAS BRACELETS – A COTA FUNDRAISER!
Show your LOVE for Lucas, and help spread CHD AWARENESS by wearing a ‘Love for Lucas’ bracelet! These red & blue bracelets were handmade especially for Lucas, and represent the incredible blood flow in (through blue veins) and out (through red arteries) of his perfect new heart! They are a beautiful reminder of Lucas’ gift, his sweet donor’s legacy, and his lifelong journey with a transplanted heart.

How do I make my donation?
COTA: For full tax-deductability, make your bracelet donation on the COTA for Lucas platform
Venmo: For convienence, you may alternatively venmo @Laura-Fadenrecht-2 (not tax deductable). All donations recieved via Venmo will be remitted to COTA in honor of Lucas.
When will I get them?
We have a limited supply in hand and will mail within 2 days of your order! We sold out of first run, reorders take 6-8 weeks.
Lucas’ bracelets are custom ordered from an awesome company in San Diego, Pura Vida Bracelets. In 2010, the company began employing artisans to make these hand-made bracelets in Costa Rica, who were struggling to survive. Pura Vida has expanded employment in multiple countries- Lukey’s bracelets were made in El Salvador!
Fundraising efforts will be donated directly to Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) fundraising campaign in honor of Lucas. All donations to COTA in honor of Lucas are available for a lifetime of transplant-related expense including any future hospital stays or operations, travel & lodging expenses, household assistance, insurance premiums & prescription co-pays.
