Reese is enjoying the freedom of rolling around his room, and sleeping in our own beds without interruptions for vitals!!!! We’ve taken advantage of the beautiful weather by going on lots of walks around the neighborhood with Sadie dog.
Reese has tried so many new foods from the comfort of his own high chair!! Giving 10 medications twice a day can be a little challenging, but we do whatever it takes!

After taking advantage of 8 straight days at home, (holding our breath), we headed back to Chicago for an overnight stay to be at Liver Clinic appointment on Thursday 10/3. Praise be to God all of his labs were good-no concerns at all!!! They even reduced the dosage of one medication a little bit! Collective sigh and hands raised in thanksgiving!!!

The doctors are still very pleased with his new liver (thanks Dad!!!) and they feel that the earlier rejection is under control. They were happy to hear our reports of all his normal, baby milestone accomplishments since his transplant and they are predicting a good, stretch of normal finally!! We will return to Chicago again in two weeks for the next appointment.
