Roman’s transplant team met yesterday and decided that it was time for him to come home. He arrived later that afternoon in time to surprise his younger brothers at their soccer practice.

The hospital was able to confirm a c. diff infection (gastrointestinal) which could have caused the internal bleeding on his ct scan. There are still a lot of unanswered questions as far as the cause of it, and everyone is happy that it resolved on his own.

As wonderful as it is to have him home we are all a bit nervous after last week’s “psychological whiplash” as Hunt called it. We are praying for the Lord’s peace and courage during this time. Thank you everyone for praying!
