Update from Ryder’s parents – “Ryder just got his hair cut today. He’s been doing really good medically. He got his leg brace 2 weeks ago and he is walking much better already. We are still in limbo about his next surgery which is his tonsils, adenoids, ear tubes, and Gtube. He is still having breathing difficulty and is in need of the surgery. We go back to Cincy July 18th for a Hemotology appt and Liver transplant check. All labs last month were okay but a little elevated and at the time he had a sinus infection so they were not too concerned. Since then he has pretty much kept the sinus infection and with allergy season being present his PCP does not have any hopes of things getting better until the Gtube is placed. We did go to our local general surgeon to consult about having the surgeries done locally but they said he was way to complex and no local surgeons would take his case. Please say a little prayer that this issue gets resolved. Thank You all so much for your prayers and support. We are coming real close to his 3rd bday. We are all SO very happy that he exceeded his odds. God is SO good!”
