A quick update on Sabrina

Despite all of our isolation and doing everything we possibly can to keep her safe, it looks like our girl has picked up a cold and may have caught RSV. Her care team is aware and, for now, they are not worried. We’re focusing on keeping her hydrated, comfortable, and closely monitored at home. All of her labs looked stable at her follow up with cardiology yesterday.

Our biggest goal right now is to avoid the ER, because if we end up there, it would likely mean another hospital admission — something we’re doing everything we can to prevent. We’ve been home only one week.

Sabrina is in okay spirits. She’s tough, determined, and currently keeping her princesses in line — knocking them off their podium and reminding everyone that she’s still very much in charge around here.
