Life at home looks a little different than we imagined — but Sabrina is doing so, so well.

She’s thriving. She’s happy. She’s smiling. She’s eating some of her feeds by mouth, and we’re using her feeding pump when she needs the extra support. I’m officially very comfortable drawing up meds, flushing lines, and keeping up with a medication schedule that happens five times a day. It’s a lot — but it’s becoming our new normal, and Sabrina is handling it like the rockstar she is.

Coming home from the hospital felt like such a big milestone, and for one sweet day, we were all together in the living room. Then Audie started coughing… and on Monday, he tested positive for RSV. We’ve been doing everything we can to keep Sabrina healthy. That’s meant Kyle and Audie living in the (finished!) basement, and Sabrina, me, and Ms. Rachel holding down the first floor. Separate floors. Separate routines. It’s been really hard and honestly pretty heart-wrenching — not at all how we pictured these first days home as a family — but protecting Sabrina comes first.

One thing that has lifted us more than I can even explain has been seeing photos and snaps of so many of you wearing your SabrinaStrong gear. When life feels isolated and quiet, that kind of visible love reminds us that we are not alone.
