This fundraiser supports COTA for Sabrina’s Change of Heart and helps provide assistance for transplant-related expenses during Sabrina’s heart transplant journey. Every donation, share, and attendee helps make a meaningful difference for Sabrina and her family. 💕

COTA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We are also still accepting donations leading up to the sale through June 18. Please contact Tiffany Root at 715-892-1190 to coordinate donation drop off.

Donate $25 to help us reach $25,000 for COTA for Sabrina’s Change of Heart!💜

By coming together as a community, we can help unlock an additional Challenge Grant from COTA to assist with transplant-related expenses for Sabrina and her family.

If our campaign raises:

• $25,000–$49,999 by June 30, COTA will award an additional $2,500 Challenge Grant

• $50,000 or more by June 30, COTA will award an additional $5,000 Challenge Grant
