Every shirt purchased helps support COTA (Children’s Organ Transplant Association) for Sabrina’s Change of Heart and assists with transplant-related expenses. Sabrina is bravely waiting for a new heart, and this is a meaningful way to help COTA assist with her lifetime of transplant-related expenses and stand with our family.

These shirts were designed by Sabrina’s dad and mom, inspired by her journey. The heart with flowers growing from it represents hope, healing, and new life – a reminder that even in the hardest seasons, something beautiful can grow. We hope you’ll wear your shirt on big days for Sabrina – hospital milestones, important appointments, transplant updates, and days when she needs to feel just how many people are cheering her on.
