Today we received some AMAZING news!! We officially have our donor — 100% confirmed!! 🙌💜 Our donor is scheduled to donate on November 24th! Talk about something to be THANKFUL for this Thanksgiving!! 🦃🍁💜

With this exciting news comes a little change in plans! Sienna’s BMT process has been pushed back to November 17th. Her next bone marrow biopsy is scheduled for October 27th, and depending on those results, she may need another round of Blina to bridge the gap until transplant. If so, she’ll be admitted the week of November 2nd.

Today was another productive day! Sienna completed more testing, including her pulmonary tests, and her lab work is looking good! 🙌

And something incredibly special to our hearts — Sienna’s donor cells will be blessed by a priest before she receives them. 🙏💜 What a beautiful way to surround this next chapter with faith, love, and hope. A blessing for the precious gift of life she is about to receive!

And of course, what better way to end a long hospital visit than with a GOOD cheeseburger and fried pickles?! 🍔🥒😂 If you know Sienna, you know food is her love language and her comfort!
