Our Story
Taylor was born with Fragile X Syndrome, a chromosome disorder that causes cognitive problems. She has had struggles her entire life, and has been to countless different doctors for various reasons. When she turned 12 this year, we found out Taylor’s kidneys were failing and learned she needed a life-saving kidney transplant.
We decided to partner with the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA), a 501(c)3 nonprofit that helps children and young adults who need a life-saving transplant by providing fundraising assistance and family support. We’ve set a fundraising goal of $35,000. 100% of each contribution made to COTA in honor of Taylor will assist with transplant-related expenses, and gifts to COTA are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
