Jeffrey Jordan was born premature with a condition called ‘Post Urethral Valves’. The result was extensive damage to his kidneys and other organs.  It was not a matter of if, but when he would need a kidney transplant.  His entire life has been a battle and after 23 surgeries we feel blessed to say that he will receive a transplant at the end of March!  Someone, who can best be described as a Hero, has stepped forward and will be donating a Kidney to Jeff!  This is an amazing blessing and we are beyond grateful for his courage!

This will mark the beginning of a new chapter in Jeffrey’s Life!  We know that this kidney will do wonders for his health and change the way he lives. It does not, however, eliminate all his medical issues and struggles!  We are partnering with the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) to fundraise for the COTA for Team Jeffrey campaign to assist with transplant-related expenses, such as costs not covered by insurance for Jeffrey and his donor, as well as future medical needs.
