Jordan is an amazing, respectful, goal-oriented and loving 12-year-old boy. He works hard in school being an advanced program honor roll student. He also participates in his school basketball team, football team, track and has been on a swimming team. He was recently diagnosed with a rare condition called Aplastic Pancytopenia Anemia.
