Tabitha's Transplant Journey Tabitha was born on Thanksgiving in 2000, and was healthy and happy. On November 25, 2004, two days before her 4th birthday, Tabitha was diagnosed with high risk T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
