In July of 2013, I became a BIG through the Big Brothers Big Sisters Military program. Trinity’s older sister, Jasmin, is my little sister. Although I was only a BIG for Jasmin through her high school years, I have remained part of her and her family’s life.

We have had so much fun over the years! In 2018 the whole family joined us for our Surf’s Up Christmas Party! We had a BLAST!

This family has become my family and I am so blessed to know them!

It has been disheartening to see Trinity struggle with her diagnosis. The care she is receiving is top notch, and I am hopeful that through the care she is receiving, that and she can live pain free and move towards chasing her dreams and thriving, not just surviving.
