Our Story
Xiavier was born August 1st, 2008. At just three months old, Xiavier was diagnosed with Dialated Cardiomyopathy. He spent almost two months at Advocate Christ Hope Hospital. He was a child who didn't have a regular childhood. He had to grow up taking medications and had plenty of hospital and doctor visits. As he grew older, his condition was manageable.
