Order Supplies

The Children’s Organ Transplant Association offers materials to COTA campaign teams to be used for fundraising purposes.

Processing – Allow two business days to process and pack an order. If materials are not in stock, you will be contacted regarding projected delivery date or quantity available to partially fill an order.
Shipping – Orders will be shipped via postal service or UPS ground service. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for shipping.
Mailing Address – Shipping is not available to Post Office Boxes. Please provide a mailing address. If the address is a business, please note to whom the package should be sent.
