Zack Alexander is a 13 year old boy from Lehi, Utah who received his life-saving heart transplant in 2013. In the last two years, he unfortunately has also needed to be listed for a kidney transplant. Ongoing expenses for their family have been significant. https://cota.org/cotaforzacka/

Jolie Moritz is a 3 month old girl from Minnetonka, Minnesota. shortly after birth, she was discovered to have biliary atresia and is now awaiting liver transplant. https://cota.org/cotaforjoliestrong/our-story/

August Acedo is a 5 year old boy from Tucson, Arizona who was diagnosed with a rare cardiac tumor that caused him to go into heart failure. He has now received his life-saving heart transplant but continues to have significant expenses. https://cota.org/cotaforteamaugusta/our-story/
