COTA Hope Fund

The COTA Hope Fund provides a safety net for families who are facing the financial and emotional challenges of raising a child who needs, or has had, a life-saving transplant.

Your Hope Fund contribution will enable COTA to:

• Continue to serve every transplant family who comes to us to ensure no child is denied a second chance at life due to financial issues.
• Continue to provide services to families at no cost.

As the Trusted Leader Supporting Transplant Families, we strive to meet each new family wherever they are in their transplant journey. Your contribution to the COTA Hope Fund is critical to our ability to be a lifeline for the ever-increasing number of transplant families joining us each year. So far this year, we are assisting 23% more families than last year.
