We are excited to announce that surgery has been scheduled for May 20th, which is right around the corner! Cassidy’s surgery will be at Dallas Children’s Hospital and Nick’s surgery will be at UT Southwestern Hospital, which are near each other. Nick will be hospitalized for a couple days before he is able to be reunited with Cassidy. Cassidy’s hospital stay length is hard to predict because if the immunosuppressant medications, so anywhere between 1-3 weeks. Thanks to so many of you for all the support, we really feel it.
