I am taking an Intro to Photography class and have been going through some of my favorite photos I’ve taken over the course of the last couple of years. Of course, there are lots of Alex, and lots of Ling!
This is one of my favorites though. This is Alex’s big brother Gabe. The picture was taken the night before Alex’s transplant surgery. Gabe got out of school in South Bend, picked up Alex’s father in Chicago, and then drove to Cincinnati. He arrived exhausted and truly overwhelmed with emotion. I think the photo depicts that (and really brings back all the feelings for me)…♥
