Infusion #1 Update 4/1/26

Quick update….

We are actually still at the hospital attempting to get this whole infusion done. She’s been admitted. Her body is only tolerating running this infusion at a very slow rate. Thankfully, the reactions aren’t as bad as they could be. When we try to speed it up slightly, she complains of stomach pain. So we go back down (and by that I mean back to 12.5 ml/hour). As of now, the infusion has been stopped because she was complaining of blurry vision. We can’t proceed until ophthalmology comes to check her eyes. Pray her eyes are ok. At this point, I am not sure if she will be able to get the whole dose or what next steps will be. Appreciate your continued prayers.

  1. Prayers for Ella and family. What a long hard road you are traveling! What would we do without Jesus to hold us? Rest assured that as your updates are sent out, it’s a nudge for us to cry out on her (and your) behalf for God to do what’s best in sweet little Ella’s life. Jeremiah 29:11

  2. Poor baby and parents. I mightve missed it but never heard if they figured out her prior infection?
