One final hospitalization before leaving Ohio. Gillian had an elevated heart rate and dizziness on Sunday and was too nauseous to drink enough fluids. We spent 12 crazy long hours in the ER. They did an abdominal X-ray and CT scan to make sure everything else was ok. Both were clear but they wanted to keep her for observation and get her well hydrated before flying out the next day. While it was nice to see one of our favorite nurses in the GI unit and our favorites from the endo team, we couldn’t get out of there soon enough.
