After discharge yesterday afternoon, Jake was able to rest and recover at RMHC. After a long nap, he was ready for a few video games and some food. He was up early and we were home before lunch. He is SO happy to be home.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts, prayers and words of encouragement. It means so much to Jake. When he is having a bad moment, we read all the wonderful comments, text and emails to him and it always reminds him that he has a community of wonderful people holding him up.
