Friyay morning! Great news overnight, we had an awesome doctor and nurse on night shift that got Marshall eating and drinking and took his NG tube out… his little cute face without that tube is so joyful. He even sat up and watched some YouTube videos and munched on graham crackers -yay- there was even chatter of breaking out of the ICU today! His new chest tube continues to give him some pain but they are managing it well. Also chatter of his first cath/biopsy Monday to check for rejection. He is very immunosuppressed at the moment and they are working on getting his medicine levels where they want them to be. For now we just stay the course and keep cheering Marshall on!
