To say we are ALL breathing a little easier this weekend is an understatement. Erin’s lung function on Monday was 59% and Friday’s came in at 61%!!! After the open lung biopsy, the magic number we were hoping to reach was 60%, and we’ve reached it! Her doctor is pleasantly baffled and we will take that. So we wil return to our previous schedule of lung function tests every couple of weeks and daily monitoring here at home. Our next trip to St. Louis will be in November for her 9 month check up. She is currently fighting a cold that has made its way through the house, which makes the 61% even more impressive. Thank you all for your continued prayers and support!
