COTA’s Transplant Families Program Includes:

Totes for Hope Welcome Bags
Totes for Hope Welcome Bags are provided free of charge to transplant centers nationwide for distribution to families. These bags contain useful information and items for families who are new to transplant and staying in the hospital. To date, more than 2,000 Totes for Hope Welcome Bags have been provided.

Caregiver Connect
Caregiver Connect is a monthly peer support online session designed for parents and caregivers travelling a transplant journey. Caregiver Connect is held the second Tuesday of each month and moderated by a licensed social worker.

Webinars and Podcasts
Webinars and podcasts cover a variety of topics including transplant medical issues, individual transplant families’ stories and transition from pediatric to adult care.

Pediatric Transplant Annual Conference
Annual online event focused on transplant families’ issues, including those specific to families managing rare disease diagnoses.
