Stock Gifts

The following instructions are to ensure a secure and speedy transfer of stock from a supporter to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA). These transfers can be for the benefit of a local community campaign team, donor education or registration program, challenge grant fund, or the operational needs of the organization, depending on the wishes of the donor. This contribution is made with the understanding that COTA has complete control and administration over the use of the donated funds as required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Please provide this information to the current custodian of the stock you wish to transfer to COTA.
