The Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) is a national charity dedicated to helping families of children and young adults who need a life-saving transplant. COTA is turning 40, and you are part of our story.
Each year COTA works with thousands of Miracle Makers to bring hope to transplant families across the country. As the premier organization providing a lifetime of support to transplant families, we offer these services at no cost.
