Aidan’s Transplant Journey – Grateful, But Not in the Clear

It’s been just over two weeks since Aidan received his liver transplant. Every day since has been a mix of gratitude, worry, and waiting. We are deeply thankful that the transplant took place—truly a life-saving gift—and we continue to hope that Aidan’s healing moves in the right direction.

But we’re not in the clear yet.

His medical team is closely monitoring him, and right now they’re investigating new concerns that may require another procedure. We’re still waiting on answers—something that’s incredibly difficult as a parent, a family member, or anyone who loves this funny, smart, big-hearted kid.

One of the hardest parts right now is seeing Aidan not quite himself. His light and laughter are still there—but they’re dimmer than usual. He’s tired. He’s hurting. And he’s still fighting.

We share this not to worry you—but to let you in. Your continued support, prayers, and encouragement help us carry the weight of this journey.

💚 Want to make your gift go even further?
Many employers offer matching gifts—a powerful way to double or even triple your donation at no extra cost to you. Ask your HR department or search online to see if your workplace participates in gift matching programs.

💸 Every donation goes directly to COTA (Children’s Organ Transplant Association) in honor of Aidan. Funds help cover lifelong transplant-related medical expenses, so Aidan can focus on healing, growing, and just being a kid again.

❤️ Thank you for standing with us. Every share, kind word, and donation means the world.
