Well since at this moment, Åskar still isn’t taking any real good amount of food by mouth, it has been decided we move to getting him switched from the NG Tube to the G tube. 

We have an appointment for Pediatric General Surgery tomorrow afternoon to start the process to schedule his surgery.  An appointment the 1st with Gastrointestinal (GI) since thr Gtube is Gastro related and he’ll need a dr to follow up on that.  

Once we have an appointment for his gtube surgery, I’ll let everyone know. 

The Gtube surgery is a simple one, around 2hrs and not invasive. He’ll stay overnight to make sure all is well and he handles feeds. Recovery will be a bit longer but overall it’s an easy operation.  So much more easier than open heart.
